Refund policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (handmade soaps, bath bombs, and bath salts), all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used bath and body products. We do not offer refunds if you do not like the scent or if you change your mind after the purchase.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at okbubblescanada@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or a store credit.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a one-time authorized return for a defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
